  2. Thanks for the information on this product. I have been taking a pre-workout for quite some time now and I must stay that it really does what people say. Before I took pre-workout I was definitely skeptical of if it would really do anything or it was just clever marketing to make people purchase more products. Now when I take it, the difference is actually quite amazing. The difference in my energy and lower muscle fatigue is very noticeable.   3. Hi – thanks for the article! I think you have made a good point in outlining the “cons” of supplements. Sometimes there are hidden ingredients in there that provide less nutritional value which kind of defeats the purpose of taking supplements and getting the best performance. I will be sure to look out for this in the ingredients who choosing a pre-workout supplement. It would be good if you can recommend some that have natural ingredients that are not harmful? Thanks!
