I have been aware of the beneficial use of CBD products for several health conditions, including epilepsy and pain, but I had not considered the possible benefit for improving fitness and recovery after exercise. I can certainly see how it can help with muscles soreness. This is a great review to highlight all the additional benefits. Although I am not currently a use of CBD products and have never smoked cannabis, I intend to use CBD as and when the need arrise.
