Space saving folding for storage is one of the benefits to this treadmill, not a lot of people will actually use this feature, but for those who have a limited amount of space in their home or apartment, it can be a real saver.
The crosswalk arms are a great option for engaging in a full body workout, although these arms don’t add much resistance, it would be better to use a pair of lightweight dumbbells for added resistance when training on the Weslo crosswalk.
Included with the Weslo crosswalk are four built in workouts which can give you the definite added challenge to your workouts.
The thumb pulse heart rate monitor will help you stay in your target fat burning zone.
The tread belt is only 16″x 47″ which would not be considered one of the larger tread belts on the market which for a taller person may feel like they are walking off the edge of the belt.
For a treadmill of this price you would expect to get a 0-10% power incline, but the Weslo crosswalk you only get 2 manual adjustments which means you will need to get off and manually adjust the height which can be a pain.
The 90 day warranty doesn’t leave you much protection for your investment.
Starting up a workout regimen in your own home can be not only a great way to get or stay in shape but it can also be a great stress reliever. The Weslo crosswalk has some great features and some not so great features, but a lot of it comes down to how much money you want to put into your home training and what your specific goals and fitness level are.
Many people find it more comfortable to workout on a larger treadmill, and something of a larger size can also give more stability. Many people don’t mind working out on something smaller, it comes down to how much room you have for storing equipment in your home.
As far as the treadmill being auto adjusting or manual adjusting can be a matter of preference, although most people would rather have an auto adjusting treadmill because it creates more convenience in your workouts, but with the additional option can make the equipment run at a higher price.
Hopefully this review can give you a better idea of what type of treadmill you might be interested in purchasing, if you have any questions or comments, please feel free to leave them in the box below.
